Responsibilities

  • Champion Titan’s top-of-funnel talent engine, ensuring deep, diverse, and high-caliber pipelines
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Talent, and Leadership to define and source "great" talent
  • Establish a culture of rigor, creativity, and high-touch candidate experience
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies for critical technical roles (Software Engineering, AI/ML, Infrastructure, Data)
  • Identify and engage elite passive talent via creative, multi-channel tactics (GitHub, meetups, open-source communities, technical forums, talent intelligence platforms)
  • Map talent markets, uncover competitor org structures, and deliver insights to shape hiring strategy
  • Develop long-term, diverse pipelines for fast, convicted hiring
  • Deliver world-class, personalized first-touch candidate experiences reflecting Titan’s brand
  • Create systematic approaches to track funnel quality, sourcing impact, and candidate engagement effectiveness
  • Partner deeply with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to refine role requirements
