This role is designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation to work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
A completed Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field within 1 year of start date is required.
Responsibilities include resolving technical issues via phone and e-support, responding to customer questions on products and repairs, articulating case summaries in the Knowledge Management System, proactively assisting customers, and representing the company at customer visits or events.
