Responsibilities

  • Installation, Wartung und Reparatur des Operationsroboters Hugo™ in medizinischen Einrichtungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme und Integration des Hugo™-Systems in chirurgische Abläufe
  • Schulung und Unterstützung von medizinischem Fachpersonal bei der Anwendung des Hugo™-Systems
  • Durchführung von regelmäßigen Inspektionen und Sicherheitsüberprüfungen des Systems
  • Fehlersuche und Problemlösung bei technischen Störungen, um höchste Betriebsbereitschaft sicherzustellen
  • Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Arbeiten und Erstellung von Serviceberichten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Support-Team und der Produktentwicklung zur Lösung komplexer technischer Probleme
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen und unternehmensinternen Vorschriften und Qualitätsstandards
  • Teilnahme an Trainings und Weiterbildungen zu neuen Technologien und Produkten im Bereich der robotik-assistierten Chirurgie
