The position is based in the Nord and Nordost region of Germany, with primary activities in that area and close collaboration with local customers. It involves national travel across Germany and occasional international trips for training.
A completed degree in medical engineering, electrical engineering, engineering, or a related field is required. Practical experience in installing and maintaining medical technology devices, ideally in robot-assisted systems, along with knowledge in electronics, mechanics, and IT systems, and experience in technical customer service are needed.
Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing the Hugo™ surgical robot, supporting its integration into surgical workflows, training medical staff, performing inspections, troubleshooting issues, documenting work, collaborating with teams, ensuring compliance, and participating in trainings.
