Responsibilities

  • Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and assigned competitively-held accounts
  • Work closely with customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including plant or facility executives
  • Provide technical support to customers, identifying and resolving challenges, and escalating as needed
  • Perform system analysis, interpret data, and provide written recommendations to ensure optimal customer operations
  • Actively sell and support Nalco Water innovations and technology
