Responsibilities

Owning the hiring process from sourcing to closing on a variety of roles, with a focus on product and engineering roles
Working with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and adapting to changing business needs
Proactively sourcing potential candidates via various hiring platforms and crafting personalized, targeted outreach
Conducting talent research including market mapping, compensation data, and candidate trends
Acting as a brand ambassador for LiveFlow and ensuring a stellar candidate experience
Managing all parts of the recruiting cycle for technical roles: writing job specs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding
Working hand-in-hand with the founding team and engineering team to recruit the best product and engineering talent
