Responsibilities

  • Owning the hiring process from sourcing to closing on a variety of roles, with a focus on product and engineering roles
  • Working with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and adapting to changing business needs
  • Proactively sourcing potential candidates via various hiring platforms and crafting personalized, targeted outreach
  • Conducting talent research including market mapping, compensation data, and candidate trends
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for LiveFlow and ensuring a stellar candidate experience
  • Managing all parts of the recruiting cycle for technical roles: writing job specs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding
  • Working hand-in-hand with the founding team and engineering team to recruit the best product and engineering talent
