Requirements

Prior experience and business knowledge of the end-to-end trade lifecycle (e.g., trade capture, reconciliations, valuations, and accounting) to facilitate discussions across teams
Prior project management experience and/or involvement in large cross-team projects, preferably with large/complex technology projects
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and responsibilities
Previous experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Bachelor’s Degree with 5-10 years of prior work experience

Responsibilities

Provide project management oversight and execution, facilitating the lifecycle of defined technology projects
Create and maintain project plans
Facilitate project governance meetings (e.g., weekly status meetings)
Coordinate across DRW internal teams for necessary project review, approval, and documentation (e.g., vendor assessments, information security reviews, legal/contract agreements)
Support project execution through delivery, including identifying cross-team dependencies/blockers, escalating issues, identifying resource constraints, and supporting testing/deployment readiness
Manage centralized status reporting, including tracking the inventory of requested technical projects and providing management reporting on status, issues, risks, and escalations
Facilitate consolidated resource and initiative prioritization forums, managing cross-team initiatives and aligning dev teams (e.g., requirements, design, dev, prioritization, decision-making)
Perform functional team assessments by documenting and analyzing current state technology data flows to identify gaps requiring strategic change for improved processes, controls, and/or scalability
