Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 6 years of a strong technical background with experience in software development and web technologies, specifically with Webflow or other CMS and JavaScript. Previous experience in a project development or management role is required, along with experience managing full-cycle software projects, including deployments and coordinating content/code changes. The role also requires experience managing engineers and QA, with hands-on debugging skills. Strong accountability, leadership, and the ability to proactively foresee and address challenges are essential. Familiarity with the startup environment, agile/scrum processes, SEO best practices, and translating business requirements into technical ones are also necessary. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a knack for benchmarking and optimization are expected.

Responsibilities

The Technical Project Manager will manage engineering teams to ensure timely completion of technical projects, create and optimize internal management processes, and set up sprints, epics, deadlines, and Gantt charts. Responsibilities include communicating and collaborating with executives, clients, and team members to troubleshoot problems and keep projects on track, defining project responsibilities among team members, and scheduling/leading team meetings to discuss project status and challenges. The role also involves documenting and following up on important decisions made during client/stakeholder meetings.
