Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or other related technical field
  • 15+ Years of IT experience
  • 8+ years of experience successfully leading technical programs in a fast paced, multifaceted, enterprise environment
  • At least 5 years’ experience program managing in the IT infrastructure space
  • Certified Scrum Master, PMI or equivalent preferred project management certification (as a plus)
  • In depth technical knowledge of IT infrastructure within networking and connectivity
  • Proven track record of delivering complex solutions, while navigating a fast-paced environment with frequent shift in priorities
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal/presentations. Ability to bridge from high-level objectives to project details and vice-versa
  • Willingness to work with distributed team members across different time zones
  • A very deep understanding of infrastructure standards and methodologies to optimize for quality and efficiency
  • Experience with various continuous integration/deployment models for large organizations

Responsibilities

  • Drive program management best practices with respect to leading Infrastructure projects
  • Drive program definition and development of business case and funding approval packages
  • Build, manage and execute program roadmap, stage delivery plans while managing inter and intra program level dependencies
  • Provide timely accurate program updates to various stakeholders
  • Ensure that teams and programs are run through the creation of controls that optimize delivery, minimize risk, and increase efficiency
  • Manage interaction with 3rd party vendors to track deliverables
  • Ensure continuous improvement by establishing quick feedback cycles that leverage data driven metrics to identify areas of improvement
  • Facilitate cross team, cross department initiatives, and manage complex dependencies
  • Drive creation of the business case through approvals to planning and delivery of solutions in core infrastructure space (e.g., Network backbone deployments, SD-WAN, IPv6 enablement, cloud connectivity)
  • Drive maturity with NVIDIA’s Infrastructure that supports the global employee base
