Responsibilities
- Serve as PMO lead for Team of Teams (TofT) working alongside product development teams in Agile execution and delivery
- Provide oversight and governance on delivery of all initiatives
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless and timely planning, prioritization, and execution
- Drive execution excellence across the portfolio, ensuring alignment, governance, and delivery across global and regional stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Product Development, Product Management, Operations, Cybersecurity, Client Services, and Enterprise Functions to streamline execution and accelerate time-to-market
- Lead business operations innovation, including use of GenAI to automate reporting for Technology Leadership Team and scale portfolio-wide scorecards
- Build bridges across Visa to ensure initiatives are effectively conceived, elaborated, prioritized, designed, developed, tested, integrated, deployed with quality, and released on time
- Ensure successful delivery of FY25 and beyond objectives and milestones for the product & technology roadmap
- Optimize processes and enhance visibility, reduce manual effort, and improve decision-making
