Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire life cycle of a program (Program Lifecycle Management – PLM), from initial Concept to Release
  • Work with Product managers and Engineering program managers to drive the alignment of consistent processes and governance with business constraints and time to market requirements
  • Utilize the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to create and drive an integrated schedule that tracks progress across different functional teams, including hardware, firmware, software, validation, and manufacturing, and manage complex dependencies
  • Drive technical projects and provide leadership in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, including managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating them to stakeholders
  • Serve as the central point of communication for the program, providing regular status updates to executives and resolving critical issues that block progress
  • Communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, including hardware and software engineers, product managers, manufacturing, and senior leadership, ensuring everyone is aligned on goals and progress
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineering, BIOS/firmware development, thermal engineering, and manufacturing
  • Lead cross-functional teams and drive interlocks across all functions in the value chain including, but not limited to Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Support
  • Engage regularly with core team members - developing relationships, sharing best practices, identifying and managing dependencies, identifying opportunities for improvement, fostering teamwork, and gaining synergies where applicable
  • As a member of the High-Performance Compute & AI Program Management Office, be an advocate for improvements to all PMO processes and contribute ideas and improvements to transform to PLM processes
