Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical product and/or program management experience on complex, large-scale programs in the field of autonomous driving
  • Mass production experience in rolling out highway/urban ADAS functions (both HD and SD) for city expansion across multiple carlines
  • Dedicated professional passionate about product delivery, with strong skills in multitasking, partner influence, communication, presentation, consensus-building, and cross-functional team development
  • Experience in new product introduction, program management for R&D initiatives, and leading engineering teams
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically, with a history of gaining agreement to deliver successful programs
  • Demonstrated capacity to think creatively to resolve technical challenges and resource conflicts
  • Proven history of excellence in product/program management within dynamic, fast-paced organizations
  • Passion for and experience with product development processes and methodologies
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, JAMA)
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with engineering teams to solve critical problems, refine clear product goals, and develop and drive actionable plans and roadmaps to achieve them
  • Work across multiple teams to drive and optimize cross-team operations and execution, improving overall team velocity
  • Coordinate with partner teams and internal collaborators to resolve bottlenecks, address key issues, and keep projects on track
  • Proactively communicate project progress to engineering, operations, and product teams, and coordinate the resolution of critical issues
