Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or equivalent roles within Enterprise SaaS, AI, or automation platforms
  • Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional technical initiatives from concept to completion
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), APIs, and enterprise system integrations
  • Experience with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technical programs, from requirements definition and scoping to launch and post-deployment optimization
  • Translate product strategy into actionable execution plans with clear milestones, success criteria, and measurable outcomes
  • Build and manage cross-functional execution plans involving Engineering, Product, AI Application Engineering, and Data Science
  • Anticipate and mitigate program risks, proactively identifying blockers and aligning teams toward solutions
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, scalability, and enterprise readiness criteria
  • Act as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market functions
  • Drive clarity and alignment across teams by facilitating structured communication, sprint planning, and program status reporting
  • Define and improve processes for program execution, issue tracking, and dependency management
  • Foster accountability and transparency through structured program dashboards, KPIs, and progress reviews
  • Partner with engineering teams to understand system architecture, technical constraints, and integration challenges
  • Break down complex AI platform initiatives into manageable workstreams and clear technical deliverables
  • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalability across Ema’s agentic AI platform
  • Support incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Provide executive-level updates on program status, risks, and mitigations
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Manage expectations across diverse stakeholders—balancing delivery urgency with long-term technical vision
  • Drive operational excellence by defining and refining program management frameworks
  • Lead retrospectives and post-mortems to capture learnings and improve delivery velocity
  • Mentor junior PMs or cross-functional leads in structured program delivery methods
