Responsibilities

Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure projects align with organizational goals and standards
Monitor adherence to governance frameworks and provide coaching and guidance as needed
Establish and refine project management processes to enhance efficiency and consistency across the organization
Ensure project management processes are well-documented and communicated to all stakeholders
Define and track key performance indicators to measure project success and organizational performance
Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management
Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders
Ensure all parties are informed of project status, risks, and issues
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project management practices and outcomes
