Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading large cross-team initiatives
  • A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and related technologies
  • Experience working in a consulting environment, or otherwise experience coordinating with third-party business and technical teams
  • The ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams
  • Proven experience building new processes and rolling them out to teams and departments
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders of all levels
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead and truly own complex, multi-disciplinary integration projects from start to finish — working with cross-functional teams across the company as well as with external parties
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues that may impact program delivery
  • Coordinate all players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines
  • Establish program management processes, standards, and playbooks for integrating with third parties
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams, ensuring alignment on program goals and priorities
  • Drive requirements and documentation efforts across teams, ensuring that essential information is always captured
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and our Implementation Services team to operationalize our integrations
  • Identify and track success metrics
  • Other duties as assigned
