Requirements

5+ years of experience leading large cross-team initiatives
A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and related technologies
Experience working in a consulting environment, or otherwise experience coordinating with third-party business and technical teams
The ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams
Proven experience building new processes and rolling them out to teams and departments
Comfortable working with stakeholders of all levels
Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders

Responsibilities

Lead and truly own complex, multi-disciplinary integration projects from start to finish — working with cross-functional teams across the company as well as with external parties
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues that may impact program delivery
Coordinate all players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines
Establish program management processes, standards, and playbooks for integrating with third parties
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams, ensuring alignment on program goals and priorities
Drive requirements and documentation efforts across teams, ensuring that essential information is always captured
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and our Implementation Services team to operationalize our integrations
Identify and track success metrics
Other duties as assigned
