Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year university and have 5 to 8 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required skills include experience working with project management teams, resolving conflict, meeting schedule timelines, excellent communication (verbal, written, documentation), and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. A self-starter attitude with the capacity to quickly learn new tools and processes is also essential.
The Technical Program Management III is responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of internal information and system-specific projects from initiation to delivery, often involving Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. This includes defining project requirements, performing feasibility assessments, developing detailed project plans, and managing implementation processes such as resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, and training to ensure on-time delivery within budget. The role also manages projects focused on automating manual processes, improving efficiency, and scaling operations, partnering with engineering teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing program milestones, timelines, and deliverables, creating comprehensive project documentation, defining project scope and objectives, driving project lifecycle milestones, measuring project performance using metrics and KPIs, and improving internal processes. The role serves as the primary project point of contact for vendors and stakeholders, coordinates meetings, and evaluates post-project results to recommend improvements.
