Requirements

  • Technically fluent storyteller capable of transforming complex product features into engaging, digestible visual content
  • Ability to collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Experience in producing scalable, reusable demo videos, scripts, walkthroughs, editing, and publishing
  • Skills in creating how-to videos, tutorials, and step-by-step guides
  • Knowledge of monitoring asset usage, engagement metrics, and iterating based on data and feedback
  • Ability to build narratives around product capabilities for technical and business audiences
  • Ensuring content is visually polished, on-brand, consistent in messaging and tone

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end production of scalable, reusable demo videos highlighting product value and use cases
  • Collaborate with Sales and Sales Enablement to identify sales cycle friction points and design demo flows
  • Develop demo scripts, record walkthroughs, manage editing/publishing for various buyer personas
  • Maintain a library of short-form demos tailored to product features, verticals, or user segments
  • Craft narrative-driven demo flows reflecting Simpplr’s value for personas (e.g., Comms leaders, IT admins, HR teams)
  • Produce how-to videos, tutorials, and step-by-step guides for customer onboarding and self-service
  • Translate product features into intuitive onboarding flows and resources
  • Partner with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to identify knowledge gaps and prioritize content
  • Ensure how-to assets align with product updates and roadmap changes
  • Work with Product Management and Product Marketing to stay informed on roadmap, features, and specs
  • Serve as liaison between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success for demo and enablement content
  • Monitor asset usage and engagement metrics to optimize format and delivery
  • Support product launches with demo-led assets and customer-facing guides
  • Regularly review asset performance and iterate based on usage, feedback, and data
  • Ensure all content is technically accurate, visually polished, on-brand, and consistent
