Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred
Minimum of eight years related business experience
Three years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred
Experience in digital product management or operations, with a strong focus on corporate actions and middle office processes
Ability to translate business needs into scalable, well-integrated product solutions that support operational goals
Strategic approach with a focus on continuous improvement, product performance, and user experience

Responsibilities

Lead technical product management activities for multiple technical products, or one strategic technical product, with cross-divisional impact. Drive the design and continuous improvement of the technical solution
Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create standard methodologies that drive significant change to the client experience. Ensure business outcomes are linked to business case drivers
Coach technical product teams toward best practices and learnings. Oversee product teams' support of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary
Facilitate strong business support by working with team members to promote a consistent approach to decisions, impacts, and client propositions. Drive connection across all appropriate internal and external collaborators
Own the planning, development, and implementation of new technical products with cross-divisional impact. Define and analyze technical markets, develop detailed product features and requirements, and create implementation plans
Influence and employ a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience
Participate in and influence ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities
Drive the team’s engineering practices in development, continuous integration, and automated deployment
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
