Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in business, science, technology, or medicine is required, with a Master's in Business Administration preferred. Candidates must have over 3 years of product management experience, strong technical acumen, and full product lifecycle experience within the healthcare or clinical trials industry. Deep knowledge of the healthcare or life sciences domain, proven experience working with UX/UI teams on business and data workflows, strong customer engagement and communication abilities, and excellent prioritization and decision-making skills in agile environments are essential. Experience as a people leader with the ability to influence across levels and exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills in English are also required. Domain-specific experience in eCOA, Cardiac Safety or Respiratory, Medical Imaging, or Platforms is preferred, as are medical device-specific qualifications such as experience developing specifications within a Quality Management System and familiarity with regulatory frameworks like FDA 510(k), CE Marking, GCP, and 21 CFR Part 11. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Responsibilities

The Technical Product Manager will partner with Product Line Leaders and Upstream Product Managers to align roadmaps with the overall product vision, monitor market dynamics, and develop multi-year release roadmaps. They will collaborate with technical teams to define architecture and capabilities, lead the business architecture for product components, and validate product concepts with stakeholders. Responsibilities include balancing roadmap priorities, participating in agile ceremonies, ensuring knowledge transfer, acting as a subject matter expert, leading release readiness activities, and potentially managing individual contributors.
