What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Alignment

  • Partner with Product Line Leaders and Upstream Product Managers to align roadmaps and plans with overall product vision.
  • Monitor new technologies, market dynamics, and industry direction to inform product strategy.
  • Develop and maintain multi-year release roadmaps, initiatives, and epics.
  • Align planned release dates with overall product launch timelines.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with technical teams to define architecture, user experience, and key product capabilities.
  • Lead the business architecture and workflows for assigned product components.
  • Validate product concepts, themes, MVPs, and requirements through internal and external stakeholder feedback.
  • Balance roadmap priorities across architecture, maintenance, and new features.
  • Participate in team retrospectives and agile ceremonies.

Knowledge Management

  • Partner with Product Owners to ensure accurate transfer of knowledge on business architecture and use cases.
  • Act as a subject matter expert supporting cross-functional initiatives.
  • Collaborate to build internal knowledge bases and develop user support documentation.
  • Lead release readiness activities and commercial launch preparation.
  • May manage individual contributors.

What We Look For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, science, technology, or medicine required; Master’s in Business Administration preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong technical acumen with the ability to communicate technical needs across teams.
    • Full product lifecycle experience within the healthcare or clinical trials industry.
    • Deep knowledge of healthcare or life sciences domain.
    • Proven experience working with UX/UI teams on business and data workflows.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong customer engagement and communication abilities.
    • Excellent prioritization and decision-making in agile environments.
    • Experienced people leader with the ability to influence across levels.
    • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 25%.

Domain-Specific Requirements (depending on business area):

  • eCOA: Experience in eCOA and/or clinical data capture technologies.
  • Cardiac Safety or Respiratory: Experience managing medical devices for vital signs monitoring or diagnostics.
  • Medical Imaging: Experience in imaging data capture and transfer technologies.
  • Platforms: Understanding of data technologies, APIs, data privacy regulations, and data management best practices.

Medical Device-Specific Qualifications (if applicable):

  • Experience developing specifications within a Quality Management System.
  • Knowledge of FDA 510(k), CE Marking, and global medical device approvals.
  • Familiarity with GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, medical device security.
  • Understanding of GMP, MDD, MDR, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
