Requirements

  • 6+ years of Product Management or Technical Program Management experience in software, infrastructure, or fintech
  • Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals — ideally EVM-based ecosystems, RPCs, smart contracts, or validator operations
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex, technical products
  • Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical detail into clear product narratives
  • Experience working closely with developers or in developer-facing product environments
  • Analytical and data-driven; comfortable setting metrics and using data to inform decisions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on attitude, and comfort operating in an early-stage environment
  • Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in payments, financial APIs, or settlement systems
  • Familiarity with Solidity, TypeScript, or other modern programming languages
  • Prior work on infrastructure, node operations, or developer platforms
  • Experience building products in Web3, open-source, or distributed environments

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy across Tempo’s key surfaces: developer experience, payments, infrastructure, or interfaces
  • Translate technical and business requirements into clear product specs, roadmaps, and success metrics
  • Partner with engineering and research to ship high-impact, technically complex features with reliability and scale
  • Build feedback loops with developers, validators, and ecosystem partners to guide prioritization and iteration
  • Collaborate with ecosystem, design, and partnerships teams to deliver end-to-end experiences across APIs, explorers, wallets, and tools
  • Maintain high-quality documentation, developer guides, and user-facing resources
  • Establish and monitor key performance and adoption metrics to measure success
  • Drive coordination for network upgrades, new releases, and major product milestones
