Requirements

  • Passion for improving cardiovascular treatments, particularly in electrophysiology, heart recovery, stroke, heart failure, and atrial fibrillation (AFib)
  • Ability to join and contribute to a cross-functional project team throughout all stages of product development (planning, managing, executing from feasibility/concept to launch, ramp-up, and stabilization)
  • Experience or capability in technical and engineering activities integrated with project management
  • Skills in incorporating customer requirements into the development process
  • Direct responsibility for technical and program management leadership in NPI/LCM projects for electrophysiology catheters
  • Ability to develop strong interdependent partnerships and manage effective communication with Advanced R&D, R&D, Supply Chain stakeholders, and Commercial partners
  • Capability to clearly communicate supply chain resource requirements to development partners and manage them to meet milestone targets and deliverables

Responsibilities

  • Leads a cross-functional team responsible for global new product introduction (NPI), launch, stabilization, and lifecycle management (LCM) for a designated family of products
  • Integrates technical and engineering activities with project management to ensure all aspects of product development are addressed
  • Ensures customer requirements are incorporated into the development process
  • Manages individual NPI/LCM projects, taking direct responsibility for both technical and program management leadership
  • Guides cross-functional teams in the development and lifecycle management of innovative electrophysiology catheters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Develops strong interdependent partnerships and manages effective communication with teams in Advanced R&D, R&D, key stakeholders in Supply Chain, and partners within the Commercial organization
  • Ensures supply chain resource requirements for NPI projects are clearly communicated to development partners and effectively managed to achieve milestone targets and deliverables
