Requirements

  • First level university degree; advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Typically 7-10 years in a training development or delivery role
  • Support experience on at least four of the following products will be a plus: HPE GreenLake for Block Storage, HPE GreenLake for File Storage, 3PAR, HPE Primera, HPE Alletra 9000, HPE Alletra 5000/6000, XP, Nimble, MSA, StoreOnce
  • Ability to understand complex tools, technologies, and systems
  • Familiar with HPE GreenLake platform and Storage Cloud Data Services
  • Fluent with English (writing and speaking)
  • Strong facilitation skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop impactful and timely learning solutions, by meeting or exceeding training readiness dates
  • Build course design plans for content development aligning the HPE Service support strategy
  • Deliver train-the-trainer sessions, produce videos and written documentation of content changes, and timely communicate content updates to stakeholders
  • Drive the quality of the developed content to meet or exceed learner satisfaction metrics
  • Ensure that measures are aligned to learning objectives, implement innovative instructional design techniques, and increase interactivity within courses
  • Expand competency in eLearning, Instructor Led Training, multimedia authoring, and editing tools
  • Based on identified training needs, design and develop sales, technical or leadership/management training materials, including both traditional and media-based deliverables
  • Work with project teams to assess, design, develop, evaluate and/or acquire content, and assist with the delivery readiness of sales, leadership/management and/or technical training programs
  • Test and refine course content by delivering pilot training to sample participants
