Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification, and a minimum of eight years of experience in the design, development, customization, configuration, and deployment of Identity Management and Governance products. They should have thorough domain knowledge in User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Reconciliation, Auditing, Reporting, and user activity Monitoring, as well as Access Certification and SOD. Furthermore, candidates must demonstrate knowledge of cloud security concepts, Java/J2EE, and strong SQL skills, along with experience in Unix Shell/Perl scripting and Batch Jobs.

Responsibilities

The Technical Lead, Professional Services - NA will deploy the Saviynt Identity Governance solution to meet customer requirements, design, deploy, implement, and integrate Saviynt with critical applications and infrastructure, follow approved life cycle methodologies, create documentation, interact with customers, assist operations and product engineering teams, resolve technical issues, provide technical expertise, conduct research, and address customer objections. They will also provide guidance to junior resources and mentor them, while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
