Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical leadership role, and demonstrable expertise in Oracle Cloud solutions. Strong architectural design skills and experience with InfraTech projects are essential, as is the ability to lead and mentor technical teams.

Responsibilities

The Technical Lead and Architect will provide technical leadership and support technical teams in delivering consulting and managed services projects, including developing complex technical architecture solutions, accountable for the quality and deliverables of the technical team, and working with the Project Manager to contribute to project planning and estimation. They will also be responsible for governance and oversight across projects, financial, risk, and issue management, providing coaching and guidance to team members, acting as a trusted advisor to customers, and identifying growth opportunities through collaboration with Account Leadership and DXC Sales & Solution teams.
