Requirements

Candidates must be highly self-driven with a strong product-focused mindset and possess technical expertise in AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs). Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React and GraphQL is required. Familiarity with vector search/indexing for Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) is also necessary. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, designers, and QA experts.

Responsibilities

The Technical Lead will collaborate on AI initiatives within cross-functional squads, contributing to the development of AI-native products and capabilities. Responsibilities include implementing and fine-tuning LLM-based solutions, translating project requirements into technical specifications, defining and expanding data models for AI, implementing business logic in the service layer, and defining/implementing GraphQL API endpoints. The role also involves developing user interfaces for AI-powered features using modern frontend frameworks, creating training resources and testing frameworks for AI agents, writing integration and unit tests, participating in code reviews, contributing to vector search/indexing, identifying AI product improvement opportunities, providing technical support, and monitoring/troubleshooting AI systems.
