We are hiring a Technical Lead to work on a pivotal Federal program that is making a positive impact on millions of Americans' daily lives.

What you'll be doing: Oddball is hiring an experienced Technical Lead to lead, shape, and grow one of our largest engineering teams. In this role, the Technical Lead will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, product managers, and others to drive and deliver high-quality products to our federal partners. This Technical Lead will manage, mentor, guide, and mold our team drawing on their experience delivering and creating quality products.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in software development/web application development
  • 2+ years' experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of designers and developers
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Strong experience with Python
  • Ability to successfully breakdown technical items in discussions with the business user
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills directed at both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Capable of taking direction from senior leadership and translating into concrete next steps and actions
  • Comfortable handling multiple ongoing engagements and parallel work streams

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
  • Must be able to attain low-level security clearance
