Requirements

Candidates must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a low-level security clearance, possess a Bachelor’s degree, and have at least 5 years of experience in software development or web application development, along with 2+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of designers and developers. Experience utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and strong experience with Python are also required.

Responsibilities

The Technical Lead will lead, shape, and grow one of Oddball’s largest engineering teams, managing, mentoring, guiding, and molding the team to drive and deliver high-quality products to federal partners, effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences, breaking down technical items for business users, handling multiple ongoing engagements, and translating direction from senior leadership into concrete next steps and actions.
