Requirements

  • 1-2+ years’ of professional working experience – preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate combination of education and experience
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office products: Excel (required), Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Fluent in using Excel complex functions, XLOOKUP, pivot table, formulas (required)
  • Demonstrated fluency in English. Written and verbal communication skills (required)
  • Ability to effectively handle business correspondence, conduct meetings, and create documentation in English
  • Ability to build Macros or experience using Alteryx (a plus)
  • SaaS or Technology experience (a plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with emphasis on phone, email, and online communications
  • Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients
  • High attention to detail and data/configuration accuracy
  • Comfortable working and interacting directly with customers
  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

  • Work closely with Implementation Project Leads on all aspects related to assisting clients to go live quickly and efficiently
  • Collection and review of client data
  • Data cleansing

  • Permissions configuration
  • Customer communication
  • Overall project management
  • Reviewing key features of the application
  • Submitting requests to the development team when required
  • Drive methodology changes
  • Enable the customer success organization
  • Further develop technical abilities in integrations, analytics, and other technologies
