Requirements

  • University degree in engineering, medical electronics, camera technology, or equivalent, or relevant experience
  • Fluency in both spoken and written technical and medical English
  • Adequate IT knowledge (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, MFG/Pro, PS3, Outlook)
  • Good skills in local language
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • IT experience on administrative and technical level
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using judgement based on professional expertise, practice, and previous experience

Responsibilities

  • Analyze product implementations, modifications, and enhancements in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determine technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommend actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solutions
  • Assess product needs in accordance with customer specifications
  • Conduct technical training and product briefings with customers, vendors, and company representatives
  • Act as local on-site representative to customer's organization
