Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship for employment visas)
Ability to travel 25% of the time
Typically a minimum of 2 years of related experience (preferred)
Experience leading the implementation, validation, and deployment of scalable simulation and emulation technology in operational settings, specifically in industries such as Manufacturing, Life Sciences, High Tech, Auto & Tire, Consumer Goods, and Warehousing & Logistics (preferred)
Experience developing in Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, .NET, or related languages (preferred)
Experience delivering projects using Agile or similar methodologies (preferred)
Experience with Emulate3D, Sim3D/Demo3D, or equivalent industrial standard simulation and emulation (virtual commissioning) software (preferred)
Experience conducting technical evaluations of client infrastructure (e.g., automation control, equipment automation, sensors/instrumentation) and determining methods for simulation and emulation (preferred)
Experience integrating emulation software with soft and physical controllers (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead the development of simulation and virtual commissioning models
Represent the company at industry events to build awareness
Maintain awareness of technology and industry trends relevant to simulation and emulation, and evolve firm practices and technology usage accordingly
Manage development backlog for client engagements
Manage and assign tasks to junior engineers during client engagements
Develop technical and functional specifications based on software design and performance
Perform data modeling and requirements definition mapping
Perform unit testing and code reviews
Provide status reporting within DevOps tools
Develop and implement DevOps practices
Provide client support, including troubleshooting, software upgrades, and enhancements
Provide status reporting within the team and to clients
Work with diverse and cross-cultural teams
Contribute to internal initiatives and tool building
