Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality clinical support to the hospital team in the theatre department, outpatient department and potentially other clinical areas
  • Work primarily with Urology and Colorectal clinical teams, and also their non-clinical colleagues, to ensure sacral neuromodulation procedures are performed to the highest possible standard, and services delivered with optimal efficiency
  • Responsible for defined area case coverage and support of sacral neuromodulation procedures
  • Knowledge resource and troubleshooting contact for field sales force and customers
  • Plan and support clinical and technical training and education programs with review and input from Sales Manager and staff in the District as well as other functional groups
  • Participate in the development of employee and customer training/education programs
  • Prepare study material and conduct training to customers (physicians, technicians and nurses) in collaboration with the Pelvic Health team
