Requirements

  • Eligible for high level UK Security clearance
  • Frequent travel to DXC & Customer sites
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical or application-focused role
  • Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Experience with a range of application types (e.g., Enterprise, Custom, Packaged)
  • Proficiency in data analysis
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
  • Agile/Scrum certification

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for applications in scope
  • Work with Architects, business owners and project managers to ensure technical solutions meet business processes and expectations
  • Support application configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation reviews
  • Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution
  • Maintain documentation including user guides, process flows, and system specifications
  • Assist in change management and user training efforts
  • Support the continuous improvement of the modernisation process
