Requirements

Eligible for high level UK Security clearance
Frequent travel to DXC & Customer sites
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical or application-focused role
Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Experience with a range of application types (e.g., Enterprise, Custom, Packaged)
Proficiency in data analysis
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
Agile/Scrum certification

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for applications in scope
Work with Architects, business owners and project managers to ensure technical solutions meet business processes and expectations
Support application configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation reviews
Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution
Maintain documentation including user guides, process flows, and system specifications
Assist in change management and user training efforts
Support the continuous improvement of the modernisation process
