Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field required
  • Advanced knowledge in Agile/Scrum preferred
  • 1+ years’ experience in related field
  • Experience in managing SCRUM Team preferred
  • Competency with MS Office, including SharePoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to analyze complex issues
  • Proven ability to manage meetings
  • Experienced in performing systems testing
  • Software development using scripts or object oriented programming is a plus
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and complete work within allocated time frames

Responsibilities

  • Interface with client sponsors, business managers, application user representatives, project managers, developers and testers
  • Interview customer stakeholders to create comprehensive user requirement definitions and user stories
  • Work with stakeholders and technical team members to map, analyse and document business processes and projects
  • Build user requirement documentation according to client or internal Clario processes
  • Analyze existing application capabilities and work with the team to define scope of changes and release roadmaps
  • Assist project managers with the assessment of risks and failure modes for existing applications or new configuration efforts
  • Take complete ownership of user requirements from draft to implementation
  • Conduct software verification and UAT according to user stories
  • Adhere to SCRUM methodology, including facilitating SPRINT meetings
  • Identify, document, and communicate steps to reproduce and workarounds for bugs
  • Identify gaps and deficiencies in requirements, design, development, testing, support processes
  • Isolate and diagnose issues: accurately pinpoint problems and bugs within specific components
  • Conduct system-wide triage: high-level isolation of support queries across the entire system
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to product management, development, and software quality assurance teams to enhance their performance
  • Propose and implement enhancements in requirements, design, development, testing, and support processes; identify trade-offs, communicate effectively, and drive the integration of process changes
