Responsibilities

The Technical Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, refine, and document functional and non-functional requirements, translating business goals into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. They will clarify technical ambiguities and ensure shared understanding across teams, acting as the liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and communicating progress and blockers with clarity. The role involves understanding the technical architecture and limitations of the systems in use, providing input into solution design, and collaborating with engineers and QA to define Definition of Done and ensure solutions meet the brief. Additionally, the Technical Business Analyst will collaborate with Product Managers and Delivery Leads to prioritize and refine backlogs, breaking down complex business needs into structured user stories and balancing strategic, BAU, and support requests to ensure optimal team focus.
