Fluency in Spanish and French
Good written and spoken English skills
Holder of a higher degree (Engineer, Master 2 or equivalent) in biology, biochemistry, ideally in immunoanalysis
Proven ability to successfully implement technical solutions
Determination to deliver exceptional customer service
Professional experience of 2-3 years in a similar environment (desired, but not essential)

Responsibilities

Ensure on-site training of laboratory analysis staff using systems and prenatal screening software
Provide technical assistance to end-customers remotely, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues
Analyze problems reported by customers from French and Spanish-speaking countries and propose solutions, including "reagent" and "instrumentation" issues
Collaborate with the Field Service engineer team to initiate technical interventions at end users
Assign more complex issues to experts for in-depth investigation
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the CRM system
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Product development, to address customer needs and provide technical expertise
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
