Requirements

  • Equivalent experience or high school diploma
  • Fluency in Spanish and French
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Holder of a higher degree (Engineer, Master 2 or equivalent) in biology, biochemistry, ideally in immunoanalysis
  • Proven ability to successfully implement technical solutions
  • Determination to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Professional experience of 2-3 years in a similar environment (desired, but not essential)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure on-site training of laboratory analysis staff using systems and prenatal screening software
  • Provide technical assistance to end-customers remotely, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues
  • Analyze problems reported by customers from French and Spanish-speaking countries and propose solutions, including "reagent" and "instrumentation" issues
  • Collaborate with the Field Service engineer team to initiate technical interventions at end users
  • Assign more complex issues to experts for in-depth investigation
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Product development, to address customer needs and provide technical expertise
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
