Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management experience, working with Logistics customers (3PLs, Cargo, Freight, etc.)
  • Demonstrated history of successfully expanding accounts year over year
  • Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics to make data-informed decisions
  • Open to feedback and thrive on cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvements
  • Experience driving strategic initiatives from concept to execution, bringing structure, clarity, and follow-through to fast-moving environments
  • Willing to learn fundamental concepts of data fusion and machine learning and effectively communicate the product's value to both technical and commercial audiences
  • Ability to establish positive relationships and influence others

Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic accounts across the world’s largest logistics service providers, driving measurable impact through strong stakeholder alignment, adoption, and growth across global operations
  • Drive the onboarding and adoption process for new users, ensuring they harness the full potential of Altana's offerings
  • Assist customers with in-depth analysis to optimize their experience and results
  • Act as the first point of contact for support requests, quickly engaging the right resources to resolve issues
  • Own customer calls and Quarterly Business Reviews, leveraging data-driven insights to astonish clients while promptly relaying valuable feedback to appropriate teams
  • Balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, connecting day-to-day account management with broader commercial and product goals
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities, transforming them into reality
  • Synthesize and communicate feedback effectively to the product team
  • Collaborate with the implementation engineering team to ensure successful delivery and with the sales engineering team to identify and prioritize growth opportunities
