Requirements

5+ years of account management experience, working with Logistics customers (3PLs, Cargo, Freight, etc.)
Demonstrated history of successfully expanding accounts year over year
Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics to make data-informed decisions
Open to feedback and thrive on cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvements
Experience driving strategic initiatives from concept to execution, bringing structure, clarity, and follow-through to fast-moving environments
Willing to learn fundamental concepts of data fusion and machine learning and effectively communicate the product's value to both technical and commercial audiences
Ability to establish positive relationships and influence others

Responsibilities

Manage strategic accounts across the world’s largest logistics service providers, driving measurable impact through strong stakeholder alignment, adoption, and growth across global operations
Drive the onboarding and adoption process for new users, ensuring they harness the full potential of Altana's offerings
Assist customers with in-depth analysis to optimize their experience and results
Act as the first point of contact for support requests, quickly engaging the right resources to resolve issues
Own customer calls and Quarterly Business Reviews, leveraging data-driven insights to astonish clients while promptly relaying valuable feedback to appropriate teams
Balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, connecting day-to-day account management with broader commercial and product goals
Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities, transforming them into reality
Synthesize and communicate feedback effectively to the product team
Collaborate with the implementation engineering team to ensure successful delivery and with the sales engineering team to identify and prioritize growth opportunities
