Hightouch is seeking a Technical Solutions Account Manager for its EMEA region. This role serves as the primary liaison between Hightouch and its largest Fortune 5000 customers, managing the entire customer lifecycle from initial engagement through to ongoing success and adoption. The position requires deep product expertise to ensure enterprise clients maximize their use of the Hightouch platform. The ideal candidate possesses a strong curiosity for understanding customer needs and data utilization, aiming to guide clients towards their desired future state and contribute to the platform's innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a critical member of the Customer Success team, responsible for the retention and expansion of key Enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop strategies for increasing Hightouch adoption within large organizations.
  • Manage and deliver timely, organized onboarding for customers through effective project management.
  • Ensure customers realize the full value of Hightouch's products.
  • Advise customers on technical best practices.
  • Provide proactive technical guidance and expertise across all Hightouch products.
  • Partner with Customer Support, Engineering, and other teams to address technical escalations.
  • Contribute to Hightouch platform success by relaying customer use cases and challenges to Engineering to drive product innovation.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in a client-facing and/or technology-focused role combining business experience and technical acumen.
  • Proven experience managing and executing technical projects with a customer-first attitude and empathy.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems (APIs, databases, reporting tools, etc.).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a continuous drive for technical improvement.
