This involves understanding customer requirements at a deep level, delivering timely and organized onboarding, ensuring customers realize the full value of the Hightouch platform, providing proactive technical guidance, collaborating with various teams to address technical escalations, and contributing to platform innovation by surfacing use cases and problems to Engineering.
