Requirements

  • Experienced in technical account management or similar role supporting large clients with critical life safety, security, or business continuity use cases
  • Highly qualified technical professional with expertise in emergency management, security technology, system design, and configuration
  • Excellent communication, technical, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a large team environment with clients, account managers, technical support, customer success, and product development teams

  • Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and management for deployment planning, solution innovation and adoption, and technical issue resolution to ensure positive customer experiences
  • Establish formal governance models with clients, conduct periodic stakeholder meetings and quarterly business reviews, maintain records of discussions and action items, and provide monthly account reporting using tools like Excel, Asana, and Salesforce
  • Develop continuous product education and awareness programs and deliver training sessions as required
  • Set and track customer satisfaction KPIs, develop and manage action plans to improve metrics, and maintain detailed project plans
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns, document and escalate critical issues expeditiously with team leadership
  • Provide Critical Event Management support through reports, tabletop exercises, drills, and industry best practices
  • Act as customer advocate within Everbridge, reporting feedback to Account Management, Product Management, and Engineering
  • Produce integration requirements specifications in the form of interface control documents (ICD) based on customer interactions, RFIs, RFPs, and other technical documentation
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on project status, innovations, use case solutions, and updates
