Requirements

Candidates should possess proven experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in customer success, account management, or technical support, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success. Strong technical knowledge of hardware and software systems, including troubleshooting and deployment, is required, with experience in drones, docking stations, radar, and related technologies being a plus. Familiarity with the government IT sector is preferred. Candidates must be based in EST or CST time zones.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through onboarding, deployment, and ongoing support. You will manage customer relationships, troubleshoot issues across hardware and software systems, and collaborate closely with deployment engineers, project managers, and technical teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. This role involves proactively addressing customer concerns, providing timely solutions, and ensuring their needs are met effectively, as well as liaising with engineering and product teams to resolve complex technical challenges and maintain clear communication with the customer. You will also manage escalations, working with engineering teams to resolve high-priority issues in a 24/7 public safety environment, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
