Requirements

Responsibilities

The Technical Account Manager is responsible for the implementation of the Zeotap customer data platform (CDP), ensuring quick, high-quality, and comprehensive execution from setup to ongoing adoption. This includes working closely with internal teams and customers to manage technical requirements, architect solutions, and integrate with existing systems. Responsibilities also involve troubleshooting implementation issues, educating customers on best practices, establishing repeatable playbooks for CDP integration, analyzing customer support needs for automation, and reviewing technical documentation. The role requires adherence to company policies and providing customer feedback to product teams for feature enhancements.
