The Technical Account Manager will provide technical support and account management to project teams and customers, assisting with pre-sales and post-sales processes, defining and overseeing solution implementations, and delivering solutions post go-live. They will produce scoping and ROM documents, service implementation estimates and plans, and oversee the successful delivery of Professional Services while responding to technical concerns and problems. The role involves regular customer review meetings, monitoring support requests, identifying recurring issues, and assisting with training, up-selling, and managing expansion opportunities.
