Requirements

Candidates must have engineering experience with hands-on exposure to game SDKs and an understanding of game development pipelines. Responsibilities

The Technical Account Manager will lead partner relationships, bridging technical and business aspects of development by collaborating with internal engineering and business teams. This role involves meeting regularly with assigned accounts to identify project risks, support needs, and opportunities, while building long-term relationships with technical decision-makers. Responsibilities include maintaining ownership of accounts, championing partner feedback internally, recommending standard development methodologies, and providing onsite support and training. The role also entails contributing to training events, postmortems, and advisory panels, and leveraging technical expertise from other groups to resolve partner issues.
