Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in technology delivery and operational excellence
Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
Take responsibility for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing
Monitor and evaluate project performance metrics to ensure alignment with operational goals
Use operational excellence methods, processes, and tools to ensure successful delivery of technology projects
Drive continuous improvement and partner with project and sales teams as the technology delivery subject matter expert
Engage with project and sales teams to provide expert guidance on delivery and operational excellence methodologies
Collaborate with stakeholders to align processes and tools with client needs, driving value and enhancing operational efficiency
Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable strategies for excellence in service delivery
