  • Coaching & aansturing van het team om dagelijkse teamprestaties te behalen
  • Opmaak personeelsplanning
  • Voeren van functionerings- & welzijnsgesprekken
  • Zorgen voor optimale communicatie binnen de afdeling (infosessies, teamcorner, etc.)
  • Zorgen voor optimale samenwerking tussen ploegen & afdelingen
  • Naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Behalen van operationele objectieven zonder afbreuk aan kwaliteitsvereisten
  • Bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie en nemen van het voortouw in toegewezen projecten
