Responsibilities

Verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de afgesproken KPI’s
Het creëren van een prettige, positieve werksfeer waarin iedereen zich gehoord voelt
Het begeleiden en coachen van medewerkers in hun persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling
Het uitwerken en begeleiden van de Senior productiemedewerker binnen het team
Samenwerken met collega-teamleads, HR en management om processen en mensen continu te verbeteren
Zorgen dat medewerkers veilig kunnen werken
Rapporteer aan de Fulfilment Manager en draagt zorg voor overdracht naar volgende teamlead
Begeleidt kort- en langdurig verzuim (in samenwerking met HR)
