Requirements

  • Dedication to working the Hybrid Model with 3 days a week in either our Austin, TX or Salt Lake City, Utah office
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in talent/human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in building & deploying high performing team experiences or in a similar learning development role

Responsibilities

  • Accountability for strategy, continuous improvement, scaling & activation of core Teaming Offerings for eBay’s global and hybrid teams, ensuring programs meet current needs
  • Translate strategy into scalable and actionable talent/teaming interventions: design, deliver and oversee diverse teaming solutions and experiences for global teams at each development stage
  • Improve team abilities and attitudes to align with high performing team expectations, ensuring experiences are relevant, easy to engage with and impactful
  • Collaborate and provide thought leadership with senior partners (e.g., People Business Partners and senior leaders) to understand strategic objectives and teaming needs, translating into learning initiatives that drive performance, engagement, and career progression
  • Evaluate programs/solutions: develop and apply evaluation strategies to measure impact and success; maintain accurate program documentation including participant records, evaluations, and metrics
  • Analyze data and feedback to make informed decisions about program enhancements and improvements
  • Manage budget: track costs for teaming initiatives and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Champion a culture of teaming and learning: develop communication and engagement strategies to promote team learning & growth, increase participation, and highlight value
  • Build partnerships with external vendors: negotiate contracts, lead relationships, and ensure seamless delivery of external team development resources
  • Drive innovation and thought leadership: stay informed on industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies in learning and team development; share insights with leadership
