Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing role or 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in sterile manufacturing environments is helpful
  • Proven track record of leading successful teams
  • Outstanding understanding of visual inspection of sterile products
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to strictly follow and enforce safety and quality protocols
  • Outstanding leadership and collaboration skills

  • Capability to lift up to 25 kg (able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance)
  • Able to work in a controlled cleanroom environment (no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc.)
  • Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
  • Some degree of PPE required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
  • Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

  • Lead and coordinate visual inspection operations to ensure flawless execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement world-class manufacturing practices
  • Monitor and strictly adhere to quality and safety standards
  • Coordinate visual inspection processes, scheduling, and organization
  • Work schedule optimization
  • Responsible for personnel training and qualification for vials and PFS inspection
  • RFT accountability
  • Data trending and personnel performance analysis
  • CAPA identification and responsibility
  • Process optimization
