Requirements

  • Supervisory experience in a retail setting
  • Full valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Able to travel efficiently to all locations in the designated zone (Handforth Dean)
  • Access to a device with Android 8.1 or later OR Apple iOS 13.4 or later
  • Confident with the use of mobile software and apps (tech savvy desirable)
  • Host and customer-focused with a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude
  • Confident and positive with good interpersonal skills
  • Happy to work unsupervised, following written and visual instructions
  • Great standard of personal presentation as an ambassador for brands
  • Love working in a team and enjoy building productive professional relationships

Responsibilities

  • Provide face-to-face contact and hands-on merchandising expertise in stores
  • Consistently deliver excellent product presentation and visual merchandising standards to optimise sales
  • Provide line management support to team of retail associates, including zone escalation support and ad-hoc expertise
  • Follow all operational processes and policies, ensuring an efficient and safe working environment
  • Access appointments planned via the scheduling system on mobile phone
