Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise the team's daily activities
  • Supervise and motivate employees to ensure a pleasant and productive work environment
  • Assist in training new employees in collaboration with other Leads and Coaches
  • Serve customers and provide a quality in-store experience
  • Use digital devices to facilitate online and in-store purchases
  • Inform customers and new colleagues about Nike products and services
  • Support daily department management to achieve sales targets, including digital services, visual merchandising, and sales floor management
  • Ensure efficient product reception, stock accuracy, and compliance with visual presentation standards
  • Participate in hiring processes, including onboarding new employees
  • Work with service managers to set up schedules, including availability, deployment, and display
  • Collaborate with the store team to maintain a positive Nike culture
  • Propose ideas to improve customer service or stock organization
  • Use data and analytics to gain insights and establish partnerships for continuous improvement with store management
  • Participate in monthly initiative launches on time and provide regular feedback
