Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess 3+ years of team and project leadership experience, along with 10+ years of software engineering experience, and demonstrated experience working in international teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a ‘Getting Things Done’ attitude, are essential, as is senior-level knowledge of the .NET platform and C# language, including experience with .NET framework, .NET Core, REST API, and practical experience in multithreading and asynchronous operations. Experience building and maintaining cloud platforms and resolving production issues is also required, with AWS and multi-tenant architecture experience being beneficial.

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you will lead and mentor a cross-functional team, collaborate with Product teams on building requirements, ensure technical feasibility and supervise the design of developed features, write and review code providing constructive feedback to team members, identify technical and organizational obstacles and advocate for solutions, and foster ownership culture and promote knowledge-sharing within the team.
