• Building new cloud-native applications and scalable infrastructure.
• Utilizing AI and ML for advanced search capabilities.
• Large-scale data processing, data modeling, and holistic, intent-based API design.

About the role: You will lead a team of developers working on projects within the Altium 365 product suite and enhance our cloud platform capabilities.

A day in the life of our Team Leader:

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team.
• Collaborate with Product teams on building requirements.
• Ensure technical feasibility and supervise the design of developed features.
• Write and review code, providing constructive feedback to team members.
• Identify technical and organizational obstacles and advocate for solutions.
• Foster an ownership culture and promote knowledge-sharing.

Requirements

• Team Leadership: 3+ years of team and project leadership experience.
• Software Engineering Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• International Teams: Experience working in international teams.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a ‘Getting Things Done’ attitude.
• Technical Skills:
  • Senior-level knowledge of the .NET platform and C# language (e.g., .NET framework, .NET Core, REST API).
  • Experience with building and maintaining cloud platforms.
  • Experience resolving production issues.
  • Practical experience in multithreading and asynchronous operations.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and multi-tenant architecture is beneficial.
