Requirements

Leadership experience to manage, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Consultants in a player/coach capacity
Technical pre-sales expertise in identity verification solutions
Ability to drive improvements in proof-of-value (PoV) and evaluation processes for increased win rates and efficiency
Creative problem-solving skills to demonstrate value in innovative and scalable ways
Experience with process optimization, including data-driven metrics and streamlining buyer experiences
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
Capability to act as evaluation leader and thought leader for the EMEA region
Willingness to work in a full-time hybrid model based in Dublin City Centre office (three in-office days per week)

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, mentor, and develop two Solutions Consultants, balancing people leadership with hands-on deal engagement
Own and continuously refine the EMEA evaluation/PoV process to improve speed, consistency, and conversion rates
Participate directly in complex evaluations, solution design, and technical discovery
Empower the team through innovation and enablement by building reusable tools, demo assets, and methodologies
Introduce data-driven approaches and metrics to track PoV success, reduce friction, and streamline the buyer experience
Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align technical strategy, gather feedback, and influence roadmap decisions
Represent Solutions Consulting as thought leadership in the EMEA region
