Requirements

Have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a Science related field or equivalent job experience
Have at least 3 years of experience with data entry, batch release and/or quality systems
Be detailed, critical, punctual, focused and maintain a high level of organization
Have strong cross- and inter-departmental communication skills

Responsibilities

Perform batch review and QA release of ISO 13485/IVD products/other customer product as designated
Act as first point of contact within the team and for other departments
Help organize and prioritize daily work within the department
Troubleshoot (order) issues and monitor incoming requests
Help maintain up-to-date work instructions and improve daily workflows where possible/needed
Follow up on training needs/statuses within the department
